slukker en brand! Det er de samme inerte gasser som anvendes og slukningsmetoden er identisk.\u00a0 For begge typer anbefales det ved brand omg\u00e5ende at forlade rummet. Der er ingen regler, som foreskriver den ene brandslukningsmetode frem for den anden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kroppen optager ilten bedre med Inergen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Forskellen p\u00e5 de to Inerte gasser er sammens\u00e6tningen. Inergen slukker branden ved at reducere iltkoncentrationen til 15,5-10 %, s\u00e5 forbr\u00e6ndingen stopper. Kuldioxidindholdet i Inergen-midlet stimulerer \u00e5ndedr\u00e6tshastigheden og \u00f8ger kroppens iltudnyttelsesgrad. Dette kompenserer for det lavere iltniveau, der er til stede, n\u00e5r en brand slukkes. Dette er blevet testet og vurderet af Arbejdstilsynet og Rigshospitalet. P\u00e5 grund af det kan Inergen anvendes i beboede omr\u00e5der. Argonite slukker brande ved at reducere luftens iltindhold fra de normale 20,9 % ned til 10-12 %. I de 30 \u00e5r, <a href=\"http:\/\/fire-eater.com\/portfolio-item\/koebenhavns-lufthavn\/\">K\u00f8benhavns Lufthavn har anvendt Inergen som brandsikring<\/a>, har der v\u00e6ret to mindre h\u00e6ndelser i to teknikum.<\/p>\n<p>Den ene gang ant\u00e6ndte en kortslutning i noget teknisk udstyr en mindre brand. Den udviklede sig heldigvis aldrig, da Inergen-anl\u00e6gget hurtigt detekterede branden og udl\u00f8ste Inergen i rummet.<\/p>\n<p>Det gjorde, at branden hurtigt blev slukket, og samtidig forhindrede det senere genant\u00e6ndelse. \u2013 Og det hele forl\u00f8b uden panik og nedetid. Den anden gang var det en varmebl\u00e6ser, der br\u00e6ndte.
